On Site Services:

Most of our onsite services are charged at a flat rate.  You will know what our services will cost before we arrive.
Prior to our visit, we will try to determine what the problem is and whether we will be able to repair the issue at your location.
We do this by asking a lot of questions about the problems you are having.
We schedule the service on a day and at a time that best fits your schedule.

 Some services can be performed on site:

Setup a new printer, camera, or other peripherals.
Install a new hard drive, memory, DVD drive, etc.
Repair a faulty internet connection.
Repair minor spyware or virus problems.
New software installations.
Set up wireless internet connections.
