On Site Services:
Most of
our onsite services are charged at a flat rate. You will know what our services
will cost before we arrive.
Prior to our visit, we will try to determine what the problem is and whether we
will be able to repair the issue at your location.
We do this by asking a lot of questions about the problems you are having.
We schedule the service on a day and at a time that best fits your schedule.
Some
services can be performed on site:
Setup a
new printer, camera, or other peripherals.
Install a
new hard drive, memory, DVD drive, etc.
Repair a faulty internet connection.
Repair minor spyware or virus problems.
New software installations.
Set up wireless internet connections.
In Shop Services:
You can drop off your
computer for service or we can pick it up and deliver it back to you.
Most of our in shop services are charged at a flat rate.
Our turn around time is among the fastest in the area.
Some services that can be
done in our shop:
Major
spyware or virus problems
Failure of major hardware (hard drive, motherboard, etc.).
Seriously corrupted operating system files.
Reinstall Windows operating system.
Remote Connection Services:
Fast response time gets
you back to work quickly and at a lower cost than in shop or on site services.
We bill in ½ hour increments. You
only pay for the time we are actually connected to your computer.
You can observe our
work, ask questions, and learn interesting information about your system.
Some
services can be performed through our secure remote connection:
Tune up your system’s
performance.
Repair minor spyware or virus problems.
Download and install security updates.
Laptop
Repair Services:
We can fix that damaged
DC power jack so your laptop battery will charge again!
LCD panel repair and replacement
Memory Upgrades
Hard Drive upgrades
Correct overheating / shutdown issues
